In our minds we allow ourselves
to go any- and everywhere.

Into the past, into the future.
Into fears and doubts, into love and dreams.

It’s a pretty good thing that it’s possible to travel
in our minds, to create dreams, to set goals,
to re-live the moments of gratefulnes.

Little sidenote.. we can get lost so easily,
totally gone from what there already is.

We get mad by one thing what is not there and
forget to remind ourselves to see what there IS.

The only reality is this moment,

Our body, our breath.
The nature, the air.
Our surroundings and people.

I would like to invite you to take a moment
to look around you,
to see what there already is,
to feel your body and the movement of your breath.
